$CEILING is a coin wif one job: raise teh ceiling.
4% of every trade goes to a vault. Teh vault buys. Teh vault burns wat it buys. Teh vault locks wat it adds. Nobody, including us, can tell it to stop — teh rule lives in teh contract.
Ceiling Cat has been up there since 2007. He has never come down. He is not going to start now.

- BEFOR GRADUASHUN — teh vault buys on teh curve. Every buy pushes teh raised total toward 4.20 ETH.
- AFTR GRADUASHUN — every raise does 2 things, same split every time: 70% buys + burns (teh ceiling), 30% gets locked in teh pool 4evr (teh floor). No switch. No mood. Nobody picks.
- ALWAYS — it keeps nothing. Wat it buys and cannot lock, it burns. A bag we sit on is a ceiling of its own.
- ANYONE — teh vault is permissionless. U can call it urself and take teh bounty. We do not decide when teh cat moves.
wat teh vault did
no vault 2 ring yetwen it exists, anyone can ring it, and whoever does gets teh bounty. we are not special.
